Scan on Demand Festive Delivery Timescales

Our Scan on Demand service will continue to run over the festive period for not-yet digitised imagery. The NCAP office will be closed on the 25-26 December 2025 and 1-2 January 2026 public holidays, and we will be working to the following adjusted delivery times:

 

  • Standard Deliveries will continue as normal with a 15-business day turnaround time from accepting your licence.
  • Express Deliveries will continue as normal with a 7-business day turnaround time from accepting your licence.
  • Deadline for last orders for Super Express Delivery is 10:00 (GMT) on 17 December, and will be delivered on or before 19 December.

 

Any Super Express orders placed after 17 December will be delivered after 5 January 2026.

Already digitised material remains available via our Air Photo Finder throughout the festive period. A member of the team will be available to help as usual with any enquiries or orders you might have during the holidays, with the exception of 25-26 December 2025 and 1-2 January 2026.
